PLEASE FIND THE QUESTIONNAIRE FOR YOU TO COMPLETE AND BE REGISTERED IN THE MICRO GOTHA. 

May we kindly ask to you read  carefully every field and complete the following form to register.

If not completed properly, your entry will be denied and you will have to start all over again.

 

Please read before completing your registration form :

  1. One Form for each person to be registered ( max 4 per Micronation ).

  2. The micronation you are registering with, must be at least one year old.

  3. Please send a good quality and recent official portrait, make sure face is looking forward ( No hat, no sunglasses ).

  4. Please send a good quality picture of your micronation flag and coat-of arms ( PNG, SVG ).

  5. Bear in mind that some specific information will have to be documented to be shown on your MG profile.

Nous vous demandons de bien vouloir lire attentivement chaque champ et de bien remplir le formulaire suivant pour vous inscrire. S'il n'est pas rempli correctement, votre inscription sera refusée et vous devrez tout recommencer.

Veuillez lire avant de remplir votre formulaire d'inscription :

  1. Un formulaire pour chaque personne à enregistrer (max 4 par Micronation ).

  2. La micronation auprès de laquelle vous vous inscrivez doit avoir au moins un an.

  3. Veuillez envoyer un portrait officiel récent et de bonne qualité, assurez-vous que le visage est bien pris de face ( pas de chapeau, pas de lunettes de soleil ).

  4. Veuillez envoyer une photo de bonne qualité du drapeau de votre micronation et de vos armoiries ( PNG, SVG)

  5. Gardez à l'esprit que certaines informations spécifiques devront être documentées pour apparaître sur votre profil MG.
